They’re also a tasty addition to a steak dinner and fantastic as a dish on their own!

They are a sub-tropical Asian variety that carry not only a light and fresh scent, but they also have a similar flavour to cashew nuts and very delicate texture when thrown into a pan with oil.

Our spawn is stored in optimum conditions using specialist breathable bags. This means that the organism is always at its healthiest and ready for inoculation.

For larger quantities check out out wholesale collection.
