It is strongly recommended to provide and maintain a temperature of 20°C or more to achieve optimal results (waiting until later in the year to make your claim may be the easiest way to achieve this). Whilst you can still grow these mushrooms in cooler conditions should you choose to, please do bear in mind that each stage may take a little more time than outlined in the instructions!
